I just rejoined yesterday for one month that was supposed to be 16.99 they have charged my card over 23.00 and I'm unable to see or talk to anyone. I've sent several emails to complain and asked to cancel with automated response. I just want my mo.

Blackpeoplemeet has DELIBERATELY MADE IT DIFFICULT TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT BY NOT CLEARLY ALLOWING CUSTOMERS TO NAVIGATE THEIR SITE TO CANCEL AND UNSUBSCRIBE.

Not providing what I paid for
I paid for a subscription and still was asking me to upgrade while at the same time I couldnt view any information about someones profile. You took my money and didnt provide me the service I paid for, also I was able to send a message without once again upgrading.
I have no idea why I was even on the dating site, if I couldnt even respond to any messages. What a waste of time.
I would have loved to message someone from another State and not just the state that I reside in. Very disappointed
